Se declaró que la Sala Mixta del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, si esta se hubiere creado, o en su defecto su Sala Civil, es competente para decidir sobre el conflicto de competencia, surgido entre el Juzgado 62 Civil Municipal de Bogotá y el Juzgado 32 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá.
En consecuencia, se ordena enviar el expediente al mencionado Tribunal para lo de su competencia.
